The Evaluation Process
  • Orientation
    • Within two weeks of a teacher's first day
    • Must include rubric, policy and schedule of evaluation

  • The Teacher Self Assessment
    • Uses the Teacher Rubric
    • Is done by the individual
    • Is used in developing the PDP
    • Is used in pre and post conference discussions
